TYPES OF CLASSES WE OFFER
Private: Your instructor will devote their undivided attention to target your specific needs. Your session will incorporate Pilates mat and equipment work, along with any specific rehabilitating or postural correcting, cardio and stretching exercises.
Duet: The class is just as effective and beneficial as the private classes, especially designed for two clients on the same level and is a cost effective way to get a personalized work-out. The wonderful element to this work-out is it keeps you motivated and committed to your sessions as well as challenging each other in each and every exercise.
Trio: Similar to the duet classes except the class consists of three clients with one instructor. It is important to start this class together and learn the syllabus as a group so that everyone is on the same level.
Mat: A fun, cost effective and practical way to enhance or practice your Pilates. Our Mat classes are limited to six clients per class as we believe that every client deserves personalized attention.
30min Xpress Mat: This class is specifically designed for parents, businessmen and women on the go, struggling to find the time to exercise.
Pregalates: Pilates is an excellent way to strengthen your postural muscles through and/or after pregnancy. It will help to train the muscles which support and protect your spine and pelvis and keep you strong for the demands of labour and motherhood.
Pilates for Men: An intensive 1 hour Pilates class designed specifically to target the male form and physique. Strengthening the stability muscles to prevent injuries at gym and challenge even the toughest of men.

DRESS CODE
Comfort is the key. You have to be able to move so that you are not thinking about your clothes. Your clothes need to fit you well. I lean towards clothes that are made up of natural fibres and a stretch material. I also recommend going to the studio in layers. I recommend throwing on a light sweater or leg warmers that can easily be removed once your get your blood flowing. For the feet: we prefer barefoot but socks can be worn too.
